I'm no longer on the Fat Smash diet. I stopped that about a year ago. I did okay on that diet but I just kept going up and down (yo-yo) on my weight. So I changed and I've done pretty well keeping off the weight myself. I need to start exercising again. :( So I can continue to lose weight. Hopefully I can reach my goal weight.

Hello everyone. OMG! I haven't been on here in like forever. A little over a year. It's hard to keep up with this when you don't have internet for so long. Well Hope everyone is doing okay. I've stayed at my weight of 135 lbs. I've kind of slacked off a bit. So I'm getting back on this diet again.
