I am feeling more energetic and overall peace with life. I don’t know why I let myself stay at uncomfortable weights. Following the 16:8 fasting and adding yoga into my workouts.

2nd week of 16:8 fasting. Goal weight is 180. Sneaking up on 189. Trying to to do light cardio(walking) and weight training 4-5 days a week. Feeling pretty good!
