Ok. I messed up yesterday. I did go overboard on the carbs for no reason other than to eat them. I resolve to get myself back on track today though. I am also going to walk longer on the treadmill today. Maybe I can even go up and down the stairs a few times. I want to take the dog for a walk but I dont have a leash. Besides I would have to walk at Melody's pace and that wouldnt benefit too much.
