waww aku abis lakuin cheatweek + ga gym 1 minggu wkwk karena aku bereksperimen sama tubuh sendiri sih.. aku diet dengan kalori defisit+Olga gym 5X/week ternyata otot tangan ku masih keliatan tapi memang berkurang,perutku masih ada garis tapi emang agak tebelan, bahu dan back Aku masih bagus banget, tapi booty Yang berubah cukup banyak..😴

gimana caranya biar garis garis di perut ga ilang?dan kan katanya jangan bulking sebelum bodyfat rendah? tapi kan katanya kalau berotot bakal bakar lemak? kenapa jangan bulking sebelum bodyfat rendah gituu?
