I am slowly gaining all weight I lost during the summer. Sigh! I is really cold here ( 10 degrees in themorning and warming up to 32 degrees in the "heat" of the afternoon. There is no gym to work out in here, so although I eat lightly, salads and hot soup, I am not exercizing at all. I pulled out my back (again) earlier this week and it is really painful to walk, or sit!

Back up to 209! I don't undestand why as I am not eating anything "BAD". Small salad at night and liquids for most of the day, and NO SODA POP! I am exercising on my stationary bike for 10-15 minutes a day (like my Primary Doctor recommended) but with no results! Might be my medicine, but I really don't get it! (SIGH)

Just can't seem to break 200 lbs. Oh well, I.m not gaining anyway, and I am eating a lot healthier!

Had to go to the doctor on Monday, his scale says I'm at 199, but my own scale says I'm still at 203, oh wsell! But I have not gained anything! Really cold weather here, so joints ache until I can get warmed up! Fall/Winter has set in!

Went on a vacation to my mother's house with one of my daughters and eat really well, so didn't lose like I was supposed to... but loved it! I'm back on track now, had to lose those extra pounds first, so now I'm starting again!
