I am joining this site in the middle of my diet, but am hoping it will help me to stick to it. I have lost 3.5 lbs on phase I of the Fat Smash Diet and am moving on to phase II. I was hoping to lose more in phase I, but I was sick and didn't feel like eating much. I am wondering if that made my metabolism slow down???
I'm still not feeling well today, but hope to get a workout in after work this evening.
