so I guess I'm not eating enough... odd. since I'm like 100lbs over weight.
does anyone else have a hard time fulfilling their allotted calories per day?

I have learned the importance of vitamin D! I recommend everyone have their vitamin D levels checked, especially this time of year!

i can do this. my biggest struggle this year has been that of my health and battle with weight loss. i have somehow put on a whopping 50 lbs this years, funny enough this is the year i have never worked harder to take it off. i did discover some underlying health conditions that the DR. has said not only make it very difficult to lose weight but also can cause weight gain. those medical issues are remedied by weight loss, yet make it difficult, go figure. but that's ok because I'm going to lose atleast 40lbs by my 40th birthday in 6 months! it can be done! I've got this! I'm new to this app, but i believe this os my favorite of the calorie counting apps because i am seeing an overwhelming amount of support and inspiration from this community!
