Timbang BB tadi pagi, hanya bertambah 0,1 kg dari minggu lalu :|
Review MINGGU INI: dari kebutuhan 16.800 Kal/minggu hanya terpenuhi 15,184 Kal. Seminggu ini sudah mulai makan 'seseimbang' dan 'seberagam' mungkin dengan panduan peraturan mentri dan nutrisi makro AMDR-DRI; karbo paling sedikit 45%, lemak paling banyak 35% protein paling sedikit 10% (target saya 20%) ditambah minimal 2 porsi buah dan 2 porsi sayur setiap hari (kecuali the-cheat-day). Rasio tersebut sebisa mungkin diaplikasikan pada tiap makanan, terutama sarapan. Dampak yang dirasakan secara langsung memang bukan penambahan berat badan secara signifikan, lebih kepada badan yang fit dan tidak mengantuk lagi setelah makan.
