Hab mich zwar auf die 🤬🤬 Waage gestellt,aber die sieht mich erst wieder wenn das monatliche Elend vorbei ist

Süßkram verbannt, viel Gemüse und Eiweiß und 16/8. Sport Motivation lässt allerdings noch zu wünschen übrig. Aber wichtig ist dass ich gerade abends nicht in Fresskalation verfalle.Baue mir am Wochenende aber was zum Gönnen ein, ein Franzbrötchen muss sein 😉

So sieht's aus.War echt faul und bin sporttechnisch nicht mehr in die Pötte gekommen.Aber jetzt wieder motiviert, allerdings seit gestern bei Familie zum Besuch und will ja nicht nur Möhrchen knabbern.Muttern erschlägt mich sonst 😆
Theoretisch ist das aktuelle Gewicht für meine 1,67 ja okay; aber leider dockt bei mir alles in der Körpermitte an und das nervt 😉
