Well, so far so good!! I know I can lose a little more if I stick to my cardio-walking!! Really love this DVD - Leslie Sansome, no matter the weather, I can walk indoors!! If I really stick to it and do 20 min of "band work" 3X per week - I lose much quicker - and feel fantanstic...So here we go - week number 2:)

Well it's raining...actually we're having our first spring thunder storm:) So, I've got my cd - Leslie Sansome...I did my aerobic walk inside today - 1 mile:) This cd is great...you use weights too!!

Well after staying the same for quite sometime now....I've decided to switch back to W.W. I've been on W.W. before and it worked for both my husband (who just eats what I cook:) and I!! So, here it goes!! Wish me luck!!!

Well....I've been away for awhile!! Joined Weight Watchers last June and lost almost 15lbs. Then, work got busy (yeh) and life changed ALOT!! My step-son moved back home this past spring (my birthday to be exact). It's a good thing, but a stressful thing!! So, of course, food has become my security blanket!! I'm still trying - not doing to well, but have not gained it ALL back!! Today I weighed myself - it's time to get back on track.
My final decision - to get HEALTHY - the weight loss may come with it and it may not....we'll see. But as of today I walk 1-2 miles per day and start eating healthier. No more prepacked foods - back to whole, fresh, healthy foods! Right now we have a local market full of great fruits and veggies which I stocked up on and we're onto fish, chicken and 2-3 servings of beef per week. I had a little scare this past year - anemic!! Found out due to cutting out red meat my iron reserves were pretty much depleted. So, I was put on iron supplements and told to eat more egg yolk, lean red meats...you know!!
I tell you within a week or two I felt totally different - my energy returned two fold, I slept better, my mood swings lowered....let me tell you people, get your iron checked....what a difference it can make when you fix the problem. I deal with stress soooo much better now!!
So, I'm down 3lbs from 2 years ago....it was 15lbs...but I won't dwell on it!! Just need to get moving....walk, walk and walk more:) My dogs will love me for it too!!
