Does anyone have an opinion on what would be better to add to a smoothie, Coconut Water or Body Armor Lyte? Or in general. Does anyone have an opinion on which is better in general? I'm a big fan of Body Armor (Lyte), they have so many nutrients, low calories, very low and no added sugar, And it's 10% coconut water. I know coconut water is good for you. I just think that these Body Armors offer more. But I could be wrong...

This is actually my first time weighing myself since I just bought this scale. When I first joined this app I guessed my weight to be around 200lbs. I was pretty close. Here are all my stats... Height: 5'11 Weight: 204.8 Body Fat: 25.3% Body Water: 54.7% BMI: 28.7
