This morning I had to go to the store for something and I had this awful craving for something sweet. A honey bun came to mind then chocolate. I walked all around the store reading labels. I saw a slice of cheesecake. No not that. Banana nut muffin. No not that. But I got what I came there for and I walked out with a box of sugar-free jello. My grandma always had a bowl of jello for me whenever I spent the weekends with her. So a good memory and no cheat. I am pleased with myself. My weight is coming off and my blood sugar has been good. Not only do I need to get this weight off I want to be able to not take medicine for my diabetes. I have felt so much better I have actually started deep-cleaning my house. Once I get started I don't know when to stop. Of course I pay for it later. So sore but I am going to keep going. Besides I have 4 more rooms and junk to throw out. Everyone have a great day! Sandra
