Udah dpt proteinnya.. giliran karbonya ga kekejar.. pdhl makan mlm ni udh diglonggong dng ubi rebus sebnyk 230 gr.. tetep aja msh kecil karbonya.. ditmbah sodiumnya tinggi banget lagii.. gara2 ngeboost protein pke dada ayam fried chicken siang td.. hadeh..
