So... Day 1 of the new me !.....
4 stone / 56 lbs has crept on without me knowing, let`s see if its easy to lose (I fear not !!)
How do you guys find FATSECRET ?.... Any tips ? Good Site ?
Looking forward to the journey - Where I will have more energy and I love life again....
