I went for my weigh-in on Monday and I have officially lost 3.4kgs and 17cm on my waist!!
I have worked it out and I am losing almost a kilo a day. I know that will soon come down but I am so happy to know that I am on a program that works!! And the results are visible!!
I am so excited to say cheers to all this weight!!
Everyday is a day closer to wellbeing :)

My first official weigh in with TLC tomorrow. So excited. I've stuck to formula 95% Granted it wasn't 100% but better than I've ever done before so looking forward to seeing the results. And so motivated to stick to it 100% during the week to come. Lots of learning curves but I'm not giving up. Going all the way #determined

Ok.... so I have been very ashamed to record my weight it really got out of control over the last few weeks. So this is actually a good weigh-in believe it or not.
My heaviest to date was last Tuesday (18/08/2015) at a whopping 107.2kg!!
It didn't phase me because I have taken the plunge and registered with the TLC WELLBEING CLINIC. I got my blood tests done and started my personalized formula this past Tuesday (25/08/2015) They literally prescribe food as medicine and the weight just drops off.
So in actual fact I have LOST 3.7kgs and I am so chuffed!!
One of my greatest challenges came yesterday when I was at training in Durban at the Palace Hotel. Lunch was provided...
The thing with this fat-loss program is that it has to be followed 100% or you set yourself back an entire week.
So yesterday I stayed away from the restaurant where all my colleagues went and ate my food like a good girl. They had crumpets with fresh cream and syrup for tea and I walked away from that too!!! :D
So I'm SUPER chuffed with myself :)
They guarantee results within 18 weeks if you follow the program 100%.
So watch this space because the fat's about to come flying off!!! #determined
