I was shocked to see the scale this morning! Been a week since I've weighed myself, although I've only been tracking for a the last couple of days. However progess is progress and I am happy with this weeks results!! I can do this!!

Ate excellent yesterday! Was fully saciated with everything I ate. For lunch is a bit of left overs from yesterday's lunch and supper combined. Haven't decided whats for supper yet lol. woke up late today, so I didn't have time to cook. Maybe ill have breakfast for supper lol cuz thats a thing right??!? lmao 🤣 Mmm an omelet with veggies sounds good 👍 Also going to complete my work out after the work day. Yesterday was a rest day, love having a gym in my home!! so much more convenient 😊
