I have heard for Years that you should keep a food diary. Well today was a first for me, I wrote down everything that passed through my lips today. I was pleasantly surprised.... I ate only half of what I could. When I added in all my activity, I was almost depressed. I burned so many calories and ate so little....why am I not losing any weight. Being over 50 can account for some trouble but it is a little disheartening..... I am not throwing in the towel, yet :)
