malam2 laper trus buat ini dah nasi goreng kol kembang + kol, sdh habis 1/2nya, kenyang banget gk tau kalorinya brp asal kenyang aj.

belum nimbang lagi, nimbang BB hari senin aja, malam ini memulai kalaf dg 7 ceker dan ternyata klorinya minta ampun gede bngettttt
