Thank you supporters. It is a struggle. Many times I feel like my weight is not moving but even without stepping on the scale I know I am losing weight. Many clothes are loser. Jewelry is loser. Some people say I look smaller. I’m surprised people note I am eating different and I am not focused so much on the next meal.
