Started MetaboLife Ultra Stage 1, 2 days ago. Was cautious of what I was eating but didn't deprive myself of some pumpkin pie. I do notice increase in energy and decrease in appetite. Going to continue using it as recommended on the bottle. Monday I will start my cardio at the YMCA and feeling like I need to work out today I am going to be working out with Jillian Michaels...at home... on dvd ;) Also, psyching myself out for Thanksgiving already. It's just another day, no reason to go crazy. I'm going to have a little bit of everything but will mostly concentrate on veggies and protein, may even skip desert.

So I started back in today. Feeling tired and sluggish and really cranky. Supposed to meet a friend at the YMCA for workout. I'm REALLY not looking forward to it. I have a lot to do housework wise, and I have a crap load of homework that's due tomorrow that I need to get done. However, the way I see it, somewhere in all of that stuff I need to get done, I would be able to find an hour to sit and relax, might as well spend it at the gym. So with that said, I need to get off of here and get some house work done before 5pm!

Been gone for quite some time. Quit my job and started back to college a year ago. Been learning how to juggle homework and mommy work. We found out we are pregnant with our second baby back in december and he will be here august 20th. I have some how managed to LOOSE weight throughout this pregnancy.
