Sooo this is my first journal entry, which is kinda of weird, but i am so happy so might as well do it, why not!?😁😅😂

I guess first off I would like to say that am 15 years old, but since I was 12 years old I've struggled with my weight. I've tried sooo my diets lol, which I give up because I don't see my weight going down. I have a very supportive mom, she always there when I mom need her. I reached the heaviest I ever been which is 196, I know my mom started to get worried about my health, which maybe me feel bad because I should be more responsible in other words be taking care of myself better, after all in 3 more years I'll be adult.

When I was 13 she took me to a boxing gym (Tengoose), which I at first thought was crazy. I workout to lose weight, and I did. When I first went I weighed 172, when I stop going I weighed 160, I still with then (at Tengoose) for about 2 1/2 months. Then I went to flash boxing gym, when I stop going I weighed 159, in two months of being with them.

Then after I stop going, is when I missed going. I gain so much weight. In June of this year, when I reached my heaviest weight, my mom told me to get back into boxing to lose weight (more like force me). She put me back at flash boxing gym, and I love it.

I have 1 month and 1 week training now. Yes I said training. I love boxing, I love being in that ring and sparring boys. I train at least 4-5 hours everyday but Sundays. And so far I've lost 13 pounds which in my point of view is great. I training to fight professionally, which is awesome. I just want to lose weight, but my trainers saw something in me which makes me happy and I just love doing it on the daily lol.

And if I can weight 140-130 by December I just might have my fight that month or on January.

What I can say to all the people trying to lose weight is get a plan and executed on the daily even if you have to do it, on your break. Trust me it well pay off, and people well notice you slimming down. And always remember to ate right, make health choices.
