Day 39 - Lectin Free WOE
Wow! Finally have lost 10 lbs. again; got back to 155!
Food is really good--am branching out from the standard Plant Paradox recipes I learned in the first 30 days. Have had delicious results from my recipe experiments so far. Will keep going! Love it!

Day 34 Lectin free WOE continues.
Received my Plant Paradox Cookbook in mail on Wednesday. Am excited to try some of these new recipes as I begin "freefall" without a Daily Menu--I'm doing okay with my eating, but in the last four days I've learned that I must be more intentional in my food planning. If I am not making a plan daily/weekly, I tend to "graze" on my snacks all day, and that's not conducive to health or weight loss! Also, having cravings/temptations again, so know I must still work at extinguishing bad intestinal "bugs" who want me to eat all day long.
So I'm going to prep more tomorrow for next week with menus that I am in process of creating as much as possible.
I also learned from reading the cookbook intro. that I should probably stick to this WOE for at least 6 weeks, two more than the 30 Day Challenge. So I'll keep going until July 5th to give it a fair shot.

Today was Day 30 of the Lectin Free 30 day Challenge!
So proud of myself--lost 8 pounds in this one month, understand the diet principles and am applying them without referencing the Challenge book! First time out at a restaurant today--was able to order bronzed cobia with lemon butter sauce and double servings of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Delish!
I ma feeling so much better after my last 30 days, that I know I will continue my LF lifestyle right on. I think finally my digestive system is healing and I am actually getting nourishment from what I eat.
I will continue to chronicle my health journey here. I want to be able to look back on this start days, months, and years from now. Wish me luck as I continue on!

Day 25 - 30 Day Challenge, Lectin Free
Weight back down! It works if you work it!
Five more days of the Challenge, but am already planning my 5th week on this WOE, researching new Lectin Free recipes and planning to go with recipes from the 30 day challenge that I loved! Yummy!
