I'm in between phase I or phaseII. I would love to see another 9lbs drop off like that!!! I was a little disappointed when I did not see at least 12Lbs +. Anyway, I'm sticking with the eating modifications. I just miss bread when I see others eating it. I will weigh in over the next three days.

Ok I've made it through this weekend but I'm really look forward to some serious results!!! I've been good, good, good! I need to see another 6-10 lbs lost. Works out are easy. I just go to my garage and jump on the tread. I just don't won't to fail myself with this new eating modification program.

HEY!!!! I WAS REALY CURIOUS TO SEE GOING INTO DAY 5(FIVE) WHAT TO EXPECT. WOW!! I'M SO EXCITEED TO SEE WHAT DAY 10 WILL BRING?!!!

I started this new way of eating on Monday, November 6, 2006. It has not been hard but very difficult eating enough to ensure I don't over eat. I'm now on day 4 and I will say I doing well. I would like to stay in phase I if it is successful another 9 days.
