I am really pissed today! I have been religiously entering my food intake since I started this thing. I have been, virtually every day, approximately 60 to 75% of my recommended daily maintenance calories. This last two weeks was an experiment to do my elliptical training at a slightly slower, fat burning, rate. Upping my daily steps to 12k. Same reduced caloric intake. I climb on the fucking scale today and I've lost one measly fucking pound! So, just like everything else I fucking do, I work my ass off and have nothing to show for it because some other fucking factors are working against me. It’s like there’s a dark cloud over my head that constantly pisses on every fire I start! So today I went back to my normal elliptical routine of approximately 80% of my max heart rate and we're just going to do that. But, this whole time there's been countless days of ENOD starvation and it's really a goddamn pisser! Every goddamn day I have to babysit EVERYTHING and I am flat sick to fucking death of it all!

All good. Following the plan. Expiriencing ENOD too much at night. Also, if the math is correct, I should be loosing more, as I am avetaging 60% of RDI a day.

2 types of hunger I am experiencing: Nuisance hunger, which is an ignorable hunger. And, EAT NOW OR DIE hunger! ENOD. I will try to increase protein and reduce fat (seetable below) and maybe that will help ENOD and some strength. Very much hope the massage therapist can get me going in the right direction on this right trapezius which continues to be tight all the time. It's a low level pain I can live with during the waking hours, but definitely keeps me awake at night. This in turn is probably causing the sleeping problem that may also be responsible for the excessive hunger.

Party today for Brenda at P72. She's leaving that dept for another job. A breakfast spread was provided. I decided to try a much heavier lunch than the usual tuna. It's an attempt to not be hungry like the past 2 nights at bedtime, which were disasters! Couldn't sleep due to EXTREME, impossible to ignore, hunger. Such hunger made sleeping impossible, and I had to get up after at least an hour and a half lying awake and eat. Two nights in a row same scenario. As such, I am not expecting anything good Friday when I get up an weigh myself!
