Hi FS, It's been a couple weeks since ive posted, internet provider problems, all is fixed now, well, im losing cms, haven't weighed myself, a bit of oxalate dumping, but im ok..Well still painfree from arthritus, stomach leaky gut has improved, so has bowel....
No cravings even wen't to functions, and I was not tempted at all...

Hello FS, Glucose has risen 102, amazing my knee is pain free, this journey of keto carnivore has many surprises, it is not an easy journey, you must have discipline, stay the course....no arthritic pain, swelling has gone completely, i have leaky gut, and i will have the food that is recommended for that, and not supplements...
drinking plenty of water 4-5 liters a day, seems my body needs this...energy is high,butter is yum.. 2 meals a day , could easily do one, but i have to have 2...
each meal consists of 170 grams cooked protein, 3 bite pieces liver, and 100g butter..

Hello FS, Glucose 98, got a great sleep last night , 1hr 47m in Rem and 1hr 18 m in Deep, overall sleep score 87....
Well did weigh in didn't expect to loss but a whole kilo down...
Energy levels are way up..nails growing fast, pain free, knee is also an improvement...
Measurements: today 8-6-20 Loss/Gain
Thighs: 52cm 55cm -3cm
Hips: 97cm 104cm -7cm
Waist: 90cm 98cm -8cm
Bust: 101cm 109cm -8cm
Arm: 29cm 30cm -1cm

Hello FS , Glucose is 74........ketosis 3.3......REM sleep 2h 27 min, deep sleep 53 mins...
Well the butter got me the 3.3 ketosis numbers....
Pain free (arthritis), i have seemed to debloated even more...

Hello FS , well i haven't been eating enough fats and too much protein, as i love eating butter its a packet of grass fed a day, and 189 grams of cooked meat, but i must be in bed early to have plenty REM sleep....
As I've said before this will be an everyday detailed journal , and observation..
Blood glucose will be taken every day, today it was 96....I need to be in the 69-80 range, for my body to be properly fat burning, I am in ketosis 1.0, but that doesn't mean i'm burning fat....I need to be sure i'm fat burning, but with 250g butter a day, heaps of water, and low protein, that way my body will not shutdown to conserve, hence the butter, it must know that the source its burning will be plentiful....
I'm at the start of my journey .... Also stress inhibits weight loss...just some info...
