I didnt do well at all this past week im kinda disappointed in myself Im starting my challange all the way over. Not to depressed just dissapointed only lost one lb. Im back on track for this week I have to loose 5lbs i have making up to do>

I am so excited i lost 2lbs in only 1 week it may not sound like much to sum but its a great start for me and I can already c differences in my body. I need to focus on my diet more bc I still havent done that I have excuses but they realy dont matter I just need to do it!!!!!!!!!

IM DOING REAL GOOD SO FAR. THE DAY I STARTED I WAS AT THE GYM ABOUT 2 HOURS. I HAVENT FIGURED OUT HOW TO INPUT MY STUFF ON THE CALENDER YET BUT IM DEFINATLEY DOING THE WORK. THE DAY AFTER I WENT TO THE GYM AND WORKED ABOUT FOR 2 HOURS. YESTERDAY I WORKED ALL DAY SO I WAS ON MY FEET WALKING AROUND FOR ATLEAST 5 HOURS I GOT OFF LATE SO GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING AND RAN AROUND MY NAIGHBORHOOD IM HEADED TO WORK NOW BUT AFTER ILL B AT THE GYM IM PROUD OF MYSELF BECAUSE IM ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK. IV CUT BACK ON THE PROTIONS OF FOOD THAT I EAT BUT HAVENT ACTUALLY STARTED MY DIET. BUT I ALREADY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE I DOUGHT THAT IV LOST WEIGHT IM WAITING TO THE END OF THE WEEK TO WEIGH IN BUT MY SHORTS ARE A LITTLE LOOSER SO I NO IV LOST SUM INCHES YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAA!@!!!!! GOT TO KEEP IT UP. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO SUM EXCERCISES THAT I CAN DO AROUND THE HOUSE PLEASE LET ME NO.

TODAY I WOKE UP N HAD TO CHANGE. MY MIND IS ALWAYS ON MY WEIGHT. IM NOT HERE TO B SKINNY OR TO LOOK DIFFERENT FOR PEOPLE. IM HERE TO LOOSE WEIGHT, B HEALTHIER, AND TO LOOK GOOD FOR MYSELF. I WANT TO B ABLE TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR N THINK DANG I LOOK GOOD FROM HEAD TO TOE NOT JUST LOOK IN THE MIRROR N CUT OUT MY BODY. I WANT A CUTE FACE N A NICE BODY FOR ME. PLUS MY DAD HE GAINED ALOT OF WEIGHT HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE THE WORKS. MY DAD DIED AT AGE 40 OF A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK. HE HAD HIS FIRST HEART ATTACK WIN HE WAS AT A YOUNG AGE OF 38. I DNT WANT THAT FOR ME OR MY DAUGHTER. SO I PLAN TO DO THESE CHALLAGES CUM HERE EVERYDAY N REPORT MY PROGRESS IM LOOKING TO GET DOWN TO 120LBS CUMMING FROM 170 ITS ALONG WAY TO GO BUT HECK NOT 2 LONG OF WAY IF I START TODAY.
