Stopped with the fitness program for a few months and will restart again. This pandemic led to some comfort eating. I can do this!

My tatay Maning was hospitalized for weeks and suddenly died due to cardiac arrest last Nov.4. Still grieving the death of my father. The pandemic made it hard for everyone to grieve and mourn the traditional way.
Slowly returning back to regular life. Will resume my journey here today.

Today is a celebration of Nanay's 90th Birthday. As part of tradition, time to partake noodles for long life, a slice of birthday cake(less sweet ube cake), and some requested food by the birthday celebrant.
Celebration day for the blessings of Nanay, just last month Tatay's 88th, and family.
Thank you Lord for the continued blessings!!
Celebration also from my diet today and probably this ut. Hopefully, may somehow do some intermittent fasting with a longer eating window.
