看到日常蛋白质的摄入量是体重kg/0.8g(啊那我每天只需要四十多克的蛋白质啦?)
高纤维食物不可以取代米面吗?(我都是吃燕麦红薯玉米这些当主食,突然发现好像不可,还是得每天吃些些米饭昂?)
