I was comfort eating yesterday after getting some bad news. Plus my trip to the gym got derailed by an argument with my SO. I'm going to try to do better today.

Was tracking carefully yesterday and had some purposeful pool time.

I'm over my recommend intake even with the exercise recorded and I still weighed less on the scale today. I think my tdee calc must be wrong.

Back up 5lbs. The last few days have been careless. I think I've been eating like a lifter again. The good news is that my muscles are growing. I need to drop that fat though as it is literally killing me slowly.
