gained a few lbs but is ok prolly water weight as with the kidney issues and all...but will start drinking more fluids and working out since have pain meds...atleast some stretching out and leg lifts and situps..and... butt crunches lol a lot more housework (since its so perty out) and a little walking too...joining another challenge and gonna attempt to stick closely as i possibly can...wish me luck and good luck to you...heres to being thinner....^_^

still on the weight loss band wagon...watching all that i eat..drinking plenty of fluids..counting carbs and cals...a little of this and a little of that...in hopes it works..am hoping that i will be able to do the excercise regimen this calls for it will have to be gradual for me with my physical limitations..but even if i just stretch and do leg lifts, butt crunches, reg crunches and so forth...and a bit of walking /dancing from time to time shuld be suitable..^_* lets roll.....^_^ peace dar

starting my own diet today at 167 lbs....will keep track daily as i have been and will ttyas..love, Dar

ok i found it..i feel better and more in control when following my own regimen ..i did manage to lose 20 lbs on atkins since mid january and im happy with that still have another 30+ i wanna lose, but i feel like i been too restrictive on foods and i get bored + then wanna eat..so time for a change..i will still be logging in food and weighing portions and drinking lotsa water..but gonna concentrate more on calorie intake and excercise now...so wish me luck and hey..still on the weight loss band wagon..so, ttys love dar ^_^
