Lunch: leftover: sweet potato, lentil no oil curry and steamed cauliflower and 2 steamed carrots with nutritional yeast, salt/pepper.

My taste buds are starting to return and my sense of smell! Staring the day a lot like yesterday only this time I can taste the oregano tea and the garlic and ginger in the leftover tomato soup. I added corn to my salad and soup today to sweeten up my soup. I must smell like onoin, garlic, and ginger I have been adding lots of these to my cooking this week to help my husband and I recover from the flu/cold!
I am posting this on yesterday as I posted everything I ate yesterday on Today and I didn't want to delete all that.
