My last weigh in was 146 days ago. And It was the same weight I was at before my pregnancy. I was so proud 😁
Then we did an embryo transfer and I completely lost all control diet wise during the two week wait. I didn’t care, my body was a vessel to a new baby (hopefully) and I would give myself a break. Unfortunately the cycle was a bust an I wasn’t pregnant. Just fatter 😂 This was October.
I didn’t log my weight because I was sure I would drop it again. It’s Almost March now and there was something called Christmas and New Year and food!! Glorious food. And hormones. So here I am, still not back at pre preggo weight and still not willing to log an official weigh in.
Point of post? Tomorrow I will do that dreaded weigh in. And you guys will see a gain. But that gain...it has a whole story! I needed that gain 😉

Hi all! I have a question on protein shakes.
I’m good with fasting, and started adding Macros to my diet as well. Unfortunately I can never come close to my protein intake based on my macros.
I am considering breaking my fasts with a protein shake. Anyone else doing this and seeing results?
Also, any recommendations on a good protein shake (I am in Johannesburg)? I heard that casein and soy protein shakes aren’t great. Any nice brands out there?

You can’t see this in my food diary...but I am Rachelle and I am a chocoholic.
I broke my fast with a Crunchie. Even though I was below my allowed calories, I know it isn’t healthy.
So, I said it out loud. But how to break the habit?

My first entry 😁 I’ve been stalking the feed (pun intended) for so long, but never had the need to post. Lately I’ve been very good with tracking my food. I wear a fitness watch and aim to have a daily calorie deficit. I’m also doing intermittent fasting, and rarely exceed 1400 calories intake a day.
I’m ignoring the scale a bit, but feel great! Started with my IVF protocol again though. It’s always been a battle, trying to loose weight while having hormones upon hormones injected into you every day.
So, since the community is clearly awesome, I would like to say hello! I’m here and I’m done stalking. Gonna start talking. 😁😁😁
