Ok, I'm working on getting back "on track". Went off the rails this weekend, but I didn't totally go crazy. I've lost some weight since last Friday so that's something! Counting calories is what saves me from myself:)

Woo hoo! I'm under 200 lbs again! I told myself that I'd never see 200 lbs again after I lost a bunch of weight nursing over a year ago, but sadly most of my weight came back. But today is a NEW DAY & I hope that going forward I don't have to see 200 lbs ever again:)

So my scale is probably faulty, since it's saying I'm down 2 lbs in only a day, but I'm just going to enjoy the ride!!!
