It seems like this week was to make up for the fact that I didn't eat much last week due to my sickness. I'm just glad that even though I ended consuming more calories this week, I was still able to lose some weight, even if it's only .5 lbs.

So, I knew that I was gonna lose at least a little weight this week because I've been really sick and my Ulcerative Colitis (specifically) started acting up causing me to lose my appetite.
Anyway, I plan to move on with this, get better, and hopefully continue towards my goal. ^_^

I'm proud to see the results of my hard work. I mean, lately I haven't been feeling good when it comes to food, but when I do get hungry, I usually eat something very low in calories. I have also been sticking with my regular workouts throughout the week, so that has helped as well.

I'm surprised that I didn't lose any weight this week. However, with how much I worked out this week, I can only assume that I gained more muscle along the way, which might account for the non-existent weight change.

I am very happy with the pounds that I lost. I have been keeping a close eye on everything I eat, as well as an eye on how much exercise I do in a day.
Counting calories is defintely the best diet I have done so far.
