emng ya godaan diskon grab edan betul :'), gak ada persiapan mau cheating, sampe sore masih aman di 1100 kal. tbtb temen kos membujuk rayu beli toast yg kalorinya subhanaAllah syekalii T_T wkwk.
PAS MAKAN HEPI BETUL RASANYA, PAS LIAT BOXNYA ........ :'(

biasanya sahur cuma kena 500an kalori, tp ini smpe 700an kal karna ada tempura udang : ') semalem, tapi masih sisa 600an kal untuk buka puasa ^^
