Ok I have had way too many of those little Halloween Chocolate bars.
Will be glad when next week comes and Halloween is over.
Does anybody know that facts on those damn things, I think I have had about a dozen of the Crunchie bars - and another sad fact is that is all I have had today.

Still not following plan well and I need to get the exercise going.
Between work, home and course study I do not know how people can keep up. Thankfully the course is done the end of November and live will get back to my normal.

Winter has arrived, we got snow on Sunday and it is still hanging around. And with it the cold, not as cold as it will get but cold enough.
Wasn't really hungry yesterday and numbers were low, but today I am already having a hard time not running over to the food court and grabbing something. This yo-yo thing dosen't help me and I am not sure what to do to stop it. Forcing myself to eat doesn't seen logical when trying to loose weight and sometimes I just get busy and forget about eating.

Sunday was Bad, Bad, Bad.
Husband and I decided to have a few drinks on a snowy Sunday as we were not going anywhere. Now because of way too much alcohol, my weight is up again. Hopefully with lots of water and a good food day that will come off quickly.
Going to try for the treadmill again tonight but my hip is really bugging me today. I have already taken a precription pain killer today and that has not gotten rid of the pain, and I am only allowed to take these twice a day. We will see what happens after work.

Closer to program yesterday. I did get about 80 oz of water drank and was back on Treadmill for short time
