Ate really late today after collecting and packing away groceries. Tried a Mooli for the first time. Was great! Recommend sprializing! 😋 <300kcal

I had a cheat meal on Friday and it seems to have had an impact. Either that or the first week was a fluke due to my body being shocked into limited calories.Either way I'm not happy with this and so will have to up the anti this week. P.S Could it be water weight hanging around? Hmmmm

I didn't record the scales straight away yesterday and think I've obviously remembered wrong as 3lbs overnight cannot be accurate lol! Happy to have kick started the New Year with a loss. Half an inch off the waist too so onwards and downwards 💪🏾
