Weekend over and my clean eating is still intact! I did go over my calories slightly, but it was all healthy stuff. This morning I weighed in just a tad heavier but that was probably because I didn't get around to exercising. Tomorrow I leave with the school kids on a camp. We all know camp food isn't diet food but I'm going to try my best to stick to the lean, healthy and low carb options. Have an amazing week everyone! :D

I had grand plans to do my first 5km run but a week before Easter I got sick and it turned into bronchitis! So I couldn't run at all. Believe me, I tried, and then almost coughed up a lung. Before I got sick I managed to train myself to 3km. I was pretty chuffed, since I have never been very athletic. Yesterday I was really demotivated to start running again because I thought I would have to retrain. To my surprise I managed the short 2.1km course easily and today I managed to do 4.2km! I can't believe it! Better than before I was sick. Now I'm more than on track with my training for the trail run in early May. :)

Hiding my previous loss because I want to create new loss goal posts. Phase one is done. It's time to break that 100! 10kgs to go!

After my riot holiday in Cape Town I'm not even surprised. And I had such a good time, I feel no guilt about having some fun even if I did pick up a few. I just need to get back to it again. Have a great week everyone!
