alhamdulillah walau bb turunnya dikit2, my boy ttp support aku. tidak terlalu mengekang diet ku.
slalu minta cemilan buat program diet ku, dia langsung "yaa, sama apalagi?"
Alhamdulillah.. masih diberikan org baik Ya Allah.

aku mau curhat.
jadi aku tu udh jalan 45 menit, makan gak pak karbo, jarang makan malam, jrg minum manis, tp kdg nyomot gorengan :))
bb turun nya dikit2, tp kdg naik sedikit.
tp aku merasa pinggang dan perut, lenganramping/kecil. baju2 pada longgar bgt.
itu gmn ya guys?
