I can't believe it's been nearly a year since I signed in and continued my fitness journey! I have all the excuses in the world, but it all points to me putting others before me, leaving me in a position where I didn't take care of the most important person - me. The gain I have experienced is one of a low self-esteem, purposefully ignoring all my own self-love. I'm naughty and I know it. So, back to entering and walking program today, "kitchen closed at 7 pm", "two bite snack plan" (2 bites then I have to drink one full glass of water, if wanting more it's two bites and another full glass of water - and I hate water!)
Today is the first day of the rest of my life, and I need to make it a good one!

Dreading the next week after losing again. Attending a destination wedding so even weight maintenance may be a problem!

I say I'm doing reasonably well, even though I have gained 3 lbs since last weigh in. A summer / fall of 6 memorials, ailing relatives needing help, longer accident prone hunting trip and falling behind in our own garden, home maintenance would usually mean 10 lbs or more (I eat when stressed or bored). I only gained 3 lbs. Patting myself on the back for sticking to the program as much as I possibly could.
