Did my first morning weights workout on an empty stomach this morning. First time in a VERY long time.... :D

Okay. I KNOW this looks like a huge meal. But I did a 3 mile walk before sitting down to it and it doesn't even come to 400 calories! And there's 5 portions of veg, JUST in this meal! That's good, right?

Seriously do not care right now about the actual loss. It's a LOSS. I'm happy with it at this point.
Hurts so much seeing those numbers but I'm going through a HUGE medication change and I'm just piling weight on again.
