Had a cheat day yesterday, knew it, didn't stress about it... It was my youngest son's 14th b-day so we had Little Cesear's Pizza and chocolate cake. I didn't do too bad, three pieces of pizza and a piece of cake with slow churned ice cream. Had lots of fiber to soak up all that fat! I'm not use to eating that fatty food anymore and I felt full until bed, even though we ate around 3 pm. Today, will try to keep the calories under 1300, already put everything in so I know exactly what I can eat, makes it easier for me. Will walk tonight too. Suppose to get 6-10 inches of snow tomorrow, so that should be a joy to drive to work in. We need it, but still, would prefer rain (we have been really dry this winter, drought). Gotta love that Kansas weather!

Holding steady, both good and bad. Want to hit the 150's so bad. Honestly though, being able to maintain, that's a huge accomplishment! I've always just gained the weight back. So, even though I want to be around 150, I am comfortable where I am. Sure wish AF would show up though, been craving everything imaginable! As soon as that clicks off, I will not be so grumpy LOL :P I hate being hungry all the time. Fruit has been my friend, but so has other things...

Got the mammo done. Will be having a physical this summer since I am now 45 years young. Curious what my cholesterol etc will be. Walked last night and did a few reps (2 reps of 20) on our weight machine. Read somewhere I need to work the muscles since we slowly start to lose them as we age. Want to be physically fit and as healthy as I can be as I age. Really hoping to get my weight into the 150's, seems I get stuck at a number for a long time... Going to continue to walk/run on the treadmill and lift weights. Can't wait for warm weather to get outside and walk! Spring cannot come fast enough for me.

Doing good. Had a head/chest cold this weekend, so didn't do much but lay around. Going to walk today since I feel a little better. TOM is due in a few days, so not surprised the weight didn't move.

Tried Greek yogurt for the first time today.... not too sure of the texture. It is like uh, paste or something. I tried orange cream, I have one more at home, toasted coconut vanilla, hopefully it will be better, if not, I will stick with Yoplait. Had a beautiful weekend, the weather got up to 64 yesterday! Opened windows to air the house out. Nice considering we were negative 10 or so a week ago.
