hai kakak” fs aku mau cerita sekaligus curhat, jadi aku udah turun 12,6kg dalam 3 bulan, tapi selama aku diet 3 bulan tsb, aku cuma makan 600-800 kalori (sering juga sih lebih dan angkanya juga gak pasti). nah aku mikir kayaknya diet yg aku lakukan itu agak ekstrim, jadi aku naikin intensitas kalorinya jadi 800-1300 kalori (bmr udh aku hitung yaa). tetapi kok minggu” aku naikin intensitas kalorinya malah bb aku naik? baru 4 hari naik 0,6kg😂. padahal minggu ini makanan yg aku makan justru lebih sehat dan tinggi protein, tetapi malah naik beratku. saran dong kak hehehehe. saran kakak” semua membantu sekali🙆♀️
