Yesterday I weighed before I went to the gym and I was at 147, Then I weighed again after my workout and I was 145, LOL. WOW, serious work out to lose 2 lbs in 1.5 hours. But I haven't weighed today to see where I'm at now, but I'm not putting the 145 down unless I see it on the scales again today. I have faced the harsh reality that ya just don't burn as many calories as ya use to once you lose a lot of weight. So looks like my work out is going to have to take another drastic turn in to "kick arse" land in order for me to get the last 7-10 lbs off. But oh well, I'm up for it! LOL... I would much rather go up on my exercise than have to go down any more on my calorie intake, LOL. Wish me luck for the rest of the week full of "OMG" work outs.

Blaahhhhh! No weight lost this week. So tomorrow is Monday, I have absolutely got to get my butt back in gear! I have bounced back and forth from 147 to 148 for over a week now, NOT COOL! I REALLY wanna get to 140 at least :( So hopefully I can make this a good week. I'm totally gonna be bummed if I stay stuck here much longer.

Wooooooo! What a night we had last night! Went out to dinner with my hubby, then met some friends for pool and drinks. After that headed over to a friend's house to chill and ended up staying there till 7:30 in the morning!!!!! OMG I'm way too old for this, LOL. I am seriously hurting today. We had such a good time though! I think I'm gonna need about 6 months to recover before we even try to think of going out again, LOL. So no caloried entered for friday and today,,, I can't think straight to remember what I put in my mouth, LOL....
