Day 1. I've done the whole diet thing before, keep putting it back on. Yesterday my sister said I look bigger now than when I was 200 lbs.
Well, this morning I re-joined my gym, packed a gym bag and tons of water. Had a reasonable breakfast, no more coffee (I'l always add sugar or creamer so might as well cut the whole thing) and after class, going to go workout. Half hour of cardio, half hour of weight training.
