Woohoo I survived the weekend! I am glad that I am back to my weekly routines. I finally added some exercise to my days starting from now on. I'll do it Monday through Friday and on Saturday I have housework like cleaning, laundry and shopping. Sunday is day of rest and church.
I have asked hubbs to drag my old air-glider from the garage and put it in the basement. So I got up early, like before 6 am, and went with my ipod and some water to the basement and started to "walk" on this zero impact machine. I lasted 5 minutes - how sad is that? Sad and pathetic. But I'll have to start somewhere, so I figure I'll add 1 minute daily to those initial 5. Lol watch me going haha.

The dreaded weekend is here again. It is so hard for me to find a rythm and to keep me occupied long enough not to undo what I worked so hard for all during the work week. I'm also starting to get burned out on the same old stuff I am eating all the time. So I decided that on the weekends I will cook from my online cookbook. There are tons of delicious recipes and I'll have time to play in the kitchen. If it wouldn'd be for the stupid dial up. Well I be prepared next weekend and make myself a menu and print it off at work.

Even tho the scales said I lost 3.4 lbs I can't claim all that as MY success. I am sick with a cold and yesterday I also had a spell of diarrhea. Never-the-less I will take the credit... haha.
PS: I just realized that I have been on here for more than 4 weeks now - that in itself is a new milestone for me. I have almost always given up at this point. Thank you Christy and everybody else who is praying for me!!
