Here is my
phase 2, day 21
(FS day 30, Tuesday, 5th June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - fresh nectarines, one bananna
04:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake
06:30 pm - grilled zucchini with a couple of low-fat cheese strips on top
With a side of 45min of bicycle workout.

phase 2, day 20
(FS day 29, Monday, 4th June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:15 pm - fresh cherries, puffed brown rice cake
05:00 pm - guacamole
05:30 pm - fresh green salad with grilled salmon and shrimp
And water. :)

My weight loss is progressing well, I think I could do more excercise though :)
I am going to extend phase 2 for another month, because I am satisfied with the ongoing weight loss, and I don't want to interrupt that.

(FS day 28, Sunday, 3rd June):
10:30 am - mixed cereals, low-fat yoghurt
01:30 pm - two green apples
05:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt
06:30 pm - grilled fish, fresh sliced tomato
Tomorrow is Monday... we all know what that means... it's weigh-in day! ;)

(FS day 27, Saturday, 2nd June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:15 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
04:30 pm - curry chicken with brown rice
07:15 pm - fresh cherries
Weigh-in in two days!
