Good Morning, Everyone! Today is day 2 of the challenge, and I feel great! I did my Walk Away the Pounds - 2 miles for 30 minutes yesterday and today and jumped on my mini trampouline 300 times. I'm going to have a cup of coffee and start the day with a smile. :-) I hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

Good Morning! I feel great! I got on the scale, and I lost 2 pounds! I did my Walk Away the Pounds - 2 Miles DVD (Leslie Sansone) for 30 minutes, and I jumped on my mini trampouline 300 times! I know the challenge starts on Monday, but why wait? The best time to get started is

I've been a bad girl!! It's been a long time since I've been on my diet, and it's time to get back on track! Tomorrow I'm going to start my diet and work on losing 60 pounds. I want to get my Sexy Back!!! :-) Have a good night!!!

I gained 12 pounds! Went on a cruise for 10 days, and had a ball! Ate, drank, and partied! I even worked out every day! When I returned from vacation, I went to birthday parties, graduation parties, etc. I've also been very stressed on my job lately, but I'm taking my life back! No more cheating on my diet!!! Tomorrow is a new day! I plan to work out in the AM, and start my diet fresh. Wish me luck!!! :-)
