Ok. my moment of truth after a week of following the BFC women over 40 plan I lost 3.5 .lbs. So, you could say I doubled my weight loss from previous weeks. I was averaging about 1.5 .1bs a week. The plan works and I was so full.
Today I'm going back to figuring it out on my own and see how I do. I do plan to make sure I have fat and protein in each meal, since this helps you feel full. I'm also going to make sure I'm eating veggies like; green beans,zucchini, asparagus, spinach and broccoli.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week

OK. Today is Day 7 of the over 40 BFC plan. I think I'll wait and weigh in tomorrow, so I can get the full effect.
Last night I didn't follow the dinner exactly. I was able to get the grilled chicken with no sauce and the mashed potatoes. But I had to substitute the vegetables. Instead of zucchini and green beans, I had asparagus and broccoli. Not sure how that impacts the chemistry of all this. I did have a glass of wine, which is allowed.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow. I hope I lost a significant amount, but to be honest I don't feel or look that much smaller. We'll see.

Here it is Day 6 of the BFC plan for women over 40. I crave variety. I'm amazed I've made it 6 days of chicken. The mashed potatoes have been nice though.
Ok tonight, I won't be able to follow this exactly. I have a meeting at an Italian restaurant. I know I can follow the BFC plan, just not the specific meal. Well, lets see what happens.

Day 5 of the over 40 BFC plan. On the one hand it's easy not needing to figure out what you're going to eat from day to day. It's quick recording here, since I just copy each meal. But I do like being able to be more flexible and make choices. I'm anxious to see how much weight comes off at the end of this. If it's not more than 2 lbs, I probably would not to this fixed menu thing again.

Ok here I am snowed in on day 4 of the women over 40 BFC plan. Sure glad I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up on my zucchini, green beans and whole wheat tortillas. This has become easier. Yesterday I even went out to lunch. I was able to have a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo, just no bun or fries. I feel like I've lost more weight. I don't want to get my hopes up that I'm one of those people who lost 10 lbs in one week. I'll weigh in Thursday this week, since that's when I started.
