I really have nothing to say but OMG i am so disgusted at this weigh in. but it was my fault and my fault only. I was doing good until Saturday afternoon when my grandmother to me out to eat.

Uh Oh! Weekend here we come! Why is it that you start on Friday night and the diet disappears till Monday?
Well, not this time!
I WILL NOT CHEAT! I WILL NOT CHEAT! I WILL NOT CHEAT! Now only if i believe that.
Ok, maybe i can stick to my own words and not cheat on my diet this weekend.
One problem is going to be making sure i eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and if i go out with the kids to pack snacks. That will probably not be a hard thing to do this weekend since i am BROKE! I guess being broke will help me stay on my diet! LOL Is that the key? Be broke so we cant eat out and buy junk, so you are forced to eat the healthy food you bought at the begining of the week to start your diet?
As for today, i did go a little high on the calories today. I know it wasnt bad but i went a little higher than i wanted to.
Although i am allowed 31 points on WW and only ate 25.5 today i still went a little overboard than i have the rest of the week. But, thats because today is Friday and my mind and belly are communicating and letting each other know "HEY ITS THE WEEKEND". not this time, my body is not ganging up on me. LOL
Ok, i am getting off here because this journal entry is starting to sound a little crazy and insane but its what i'm thinking and its me.

Good Evening (Night) Everyone!
I had an excellent Day 3 of WW. I started off the morning stressed and had to take a 4 hour (round trip) drive to get some paperwork from my old town to start school Monday. I did not stop and eat out. I ate a healthy breakfast and packed some healthy snacks and water to take with me. That is a change for me right there!
I updated my food diary but i need to add something to it. For some reason everytime i go to add a food that it is not in the Database my computer freezes up. Does anyone else have that issue?
So here is the grand totals for the day!
At dinner i had 2 whole wheat hot dog buns made by "Bunny"
Calories/ WW / Fat/ Sodium / Carb / NetCarb
Totals: 819/ 14 / 23.47 /3084 / 124.17 / 104.42
Bunny: 140 / 2 / 2 / 340 / 34 / 26/
Grand Tot: 959/ 16 / 25.47 /3424 / 158.17 / 130.42
I came way under points for today but i think my sodium intake was a little to high.
Well, i am off to get the baby to bed, i am going to weigh in tomorrow just for the fun of it. Im getting curious! :)

Question!?!
I was watching a new show on Lifetime called "Cooking Yourself Thin" where they take your fav foods and cut the calories in half and make it healthy.
They said to pick your ideal weight (or weight you want to be) and multiply by 10 and thats how many calories you need a day to get to that weight and maintain it!
Has anyone ever heard of this?
